Carried Away

Before Twilight there was another set of fictional characters who held a special place in my heart. (It's hard to believe, right?)

It's true, though. Years before Edward, Jacob, and Bella there were four ladies who I paid homage to every week and worshipped the very ground they're Manolos walked upon. Who are these ladies? Well, they're none other than the four fabulous ladies from Sex and the City--Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte, and Miranda--could it be anyone else, really? Nope, I didn't think so!

Needless to say, when I got a glimpse of trailer for Sex and the City 2--set to release May 28, 2010--I almost fell off the couch! Literally!

Being the die hard Sex and the City fan that I am, I felt obligated to share the new trailer with you.

I hope you enjoy (even if you're not a SATC fan)!
The movie looks FABULOUS!!!

Are you ready to get Carried away?

"Maybe our mistakes are what make our fate. Without them, what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course, we wouldn't fall in love, or have babies, or be who we are. After all, season change. So do cities. People come into your life and people go. But it's comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart." -- Carrie Bradshaw, Sex and the City

  1. LOL WHAT are they doing in the desert?! I don't even want to know... No, scratch that: I REALLY WANT TO KNOW! Hahaha. Can't wait. I fell in love with the first movie, even though I thought I would hate it, and then I watched all 6 seasons in a row (having never seen an episode before in my life). SATC = LOVE.

  2. Oooooooooooh. I wasn't sure what they could put in a second movie. But even if it is just more fashion and glamour, I am THERE!

  3. Kristan - I have no idea what they're doing in the desert, but I'm sure it's something fabulous! I can't wait!

I was a late watcher and didn't really get into the whole SATC thing until around the last season. A few years ago I got the DVD set for Christmas and watched them all the way through. I haven't seen then in awhile. I think it might be time for me to break them out again. YAY! : )

    SATC does = LOVE!!!

  4. Michele - I hope this movie was as good as the first one. I'm almost positive it will be, though. I've heard rumors that they may do three of these movies. I hope that's true. I can't accept that SATC will be over forever. It's unacceptable!

  5. I scream a little when I saw this trailer! So excited!!!

  6. Very cool. I've never watched the show---didn't have the premium channels for a long time, but I did see the movie which was hilarious. Thanks for sharing the trailer!

  7. V.S - LOL. Just a little? If only a little than you did a lot better than me. I'm so excited, too!!!

Carolina - I'm glad you liked. You definitely need to rent them. It is possibly the best show EVER!: )

  8. I love Sex and the City and knew that if they ever did another movie I wanted them to end up in some far off place, just the girls. It looks like that's what they're doing... I can't wait. I know where I'll be on May 28th, and from the sound of it, I know where you'll be as well :)

  9. Eva - Oh yeah! I'll definitely be there to see Sex and the City on May 28th. When the first movie came out, I forbid my sister from having her baby that day. She obeyed and held out for two days, so I got to see my fav. movie and my new nephew. Phew...she realy cut it close, though!

    : )

  10. I inclination not approve on it. I over polite post. Particularly the appellation attracted me to review the sound story.

  11. Anonymous - Umm...yeah. I have no idea, but thanks! I think?
